The purpose of the meeting taking place on the “Prinzeninsel” near Plön was not only to spend a pleasant day with the subcontractors and to maintain public relations, but also to examine challenges and problems both sides will have to face with in the future and to find ideas for possible solutions. An example for a much debated subject was the problem of finding sufficient offspring for the profession of the vehicle driver.
Both sides experienced the meeting, which is supposed to be repeated in reasonable intervals, as very interesting and efficient.
