Basically, the following applies: You can use these pages without us knowing your identity or attempting to get to know it. Personal data (the “digital tracks”) which accrue when visiting a website, include not only data perhaps entered in contact forms, such as name and postal address but also IP addresses. Personal data is all information which identifies a person directly or makes the person identifiable by means of assigning further characteristics. We describe “personal data” in the following as “data”.

IP Addresses
When you call up our website www.bruhnsped.com, your browser automatically sends information in the background to our website server. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. In principle, your IP address is not collected or stored in full. A collection/storage is carried out only in an abbreviated, and thereby anonymised form.

The following information is collected without your assistance when calling up our sites and are stored until the automated deletion:
•    Data of your internet service provider
•    Your IP address
•    Website from where the access occurs
•    Website you visit here
•    Date, time and durance of your access

These data are meant for statistical purposes only. A personal reference is not carried out.
We need this data because:
•    the trouble-free connection set-up of the website has to be guaranteed,
•    system security and stability have to be evaluated and controlled,
•    various other administrative purposes are taken care of with this.
Art. 6 para. 1 pg. 1 lit. f GDPR allows us to collect your data for these purposes. Our legitimate interest follows from the above listed purposes for data collection.

Disclosure of data
As a rule, we do not disclose data, which we receive during your visit to our sites, to third parties.
An exception to this principle and a disclosure of your data can happen when:
•    You have provided us with your express consent for this (Art. 6 para. 1 pg. 1 lit. a GDPR),
•    The disclosure is necessary because we want to assert legal claims and we have no reason to assume that you have a predominant legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data (Art. 6 para. 1 pg. 1 lit. f GDPR)
•    We have to disclose your data because a law obligates us to do this (Art. 6 para. 1 pg. 1 lit. c GDPR)

We use cookies on our site. These are small files which your browser creates automatically, and which are stored on your terminal device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause damage to your terminal device, do not contain viruses, trojans or other malware.
Information is deposited in the cookie which always results in connection with the specifically employed terminal device. This, however, does not mean that we receive knowledge of your identity directly as a result. On the one hand, the use of cookies serves to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you, thus, we employ so-called session cookies to identify that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after leaving our site.
In addition we also use temporary cookies to optimise the user-friendliness and these are stored on your terminal device for a specified period. If you visit our site again, to avail yourself of our services, it is identified automatically that you have already visited our site and which entries and settings you made so that you do not have to enter these again.

The data processed by cookies are necessary for the stated purposes to protect our legitimate interests as well as those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 pg. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that cookies are not stored on your computer or a notice is displayed before a new cookie is applied. The complete deactivation of cookies can, however mean, that you may not be able to use all functions of our website.

YouTube Plugin
Our websites contain a link to YouTube, a so-called plugin, which you can use to establish a link to YouTube directly from our sites. YouTube belongs to Google Inc., based in San Bruno/California, USA. As soon as you visit one of our sites, which is equipped with the YouTube plugin, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and your data are transmitted to the YouTube server (e.g. the information, which particular site of our web presence you visited). If you are logged into your YouTube account at the same time, you would enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our sites. You can receive further information about the collection and use of your data by YouTube in their notices about data protection at www.youtube.com.

Your rights in respect of your data
Your rights in respect of your data are universal and also apply to data which we collect about you outside of these websites.
According to Art. 15 GDPR you can request information whether we store your personal data at all.  When we store your data, you can request information via a series of further points, which concern our handling of your data, such as for example, which data these are, for which purpose we process these and how long they are stored.
If we have incorrect or incomplete data from you, you can request correction of these data (Art. 16 GDPR).

You can also request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR). However, there may be reasons why we are not permitted to delete or have to delete your data, despite your request. The law determines these reasons. If you request us to delete your data, we will check whether there are possibly any such grounds for exclusion. If not, we will delete your data. In specific cases, the alternative to the deletion of your data is the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18 GDPR). Again the following applies: let us know how you wish to proceed, then we will check the legal requirements and will find a way which balances your and our interests.
Art. 20 GDPR provides that in certain cases, we must provide your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format if you so wish.
When we process your data with the justification of our “legitimate interest” you can enter an objection against this data processing (Art. 21 GDPR). However, you need to claim reasons for the objection “which result from your special situation,” that is what the provision states.

If you wish to make use of the here described rights, it suffices to send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please understand, that we still have to conduct a check of your identity, so that we issue information about your data, resp. your data itself, really only to you personally. After the identity check, we will deal with your request and will get back to you promptly.

If you are of the opinion that we do not comply with the data protection requirements for the processing of your data on these websites, you can make a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. You can find a list of competent data protection supervisory authorities in Germany here https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html

Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a company data protection officer, who supports and advises us constantly regarding compliance with the data protection requirements: PrivCom Datenschutz GmbH, Dr. Bettina Kähler, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
