Supplier Diversity Strategy

We were happy to share our conviction that a diverse workforce does not only makes us more productive as a company but also makes us more attractive as an employer. We rely on an adequate supply of talented employees. When we hire people with greater diversity, we fish in a larger pool of talent. Employees from different backgrounds bring different types of knowledge, experience and ways of thinking. This is refreshing and will foster innovation.
