We are an innovative logistics company seeking an experienced IT Manager (m/f/d) for our locations in Antwerp or Lübeck. In this key position, you will lead our IT team and actively drive digitalization in the transport industry. Together with us, you will optimize business processes using our transport management system CarLo and modern tools like Power BI, fostering efficiency and innovation.

Your qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- Strong skills in managing complex IT projects and addressing infrastructure and application-related challenges
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally with industry knowledge in logistics or freight forwarding
- High initiative, flexibility, and excellent communication skills
- An analytical and communicative personality, with a strong focus on completing projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience in building and operating business intelligence solutions for process analysis
- Solid technical knowledge in programming and modern technologies, such as APIs and cloud solutions
- Fluent English skills for effective international collaboration

Your new responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational availability and continuity of all IT applications and systems (network, telephony, intranet, internet, laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Manage all IT resources, including IT budgets (financial) and IT assets
- Further develop and operate a reporting platform with tools like Power BI, and optimize our transport management system CarLo
- Lead a team of seven, with direct reporting to management
- Implement new IT solutions to enhance the efficiency of logistics and business processes
- Negotiate and manage external IT service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- Oversee IT security, IT governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. (Experience as CISO or with ISO 27001 is a plus.)
